On November 19, at 5 p.m. KST, Baekhyun and NewJeans performed at the opening ceremony of the highly anticipated League of Legends Worlds 2023.

The ceremony took place at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul, where fans were blown away by the special stages of HEARTSTEEL and NewJeans.

In their segments, HEARTSTEEL impressed everyone with their single "PARANOIA," while NewJeans engaged the audiences with "GODS," the new anthem for the League of Legends World Championship.

On November 4, Riot Games shared that NewJeans and HEARTSTEEL would be performing at the League of Legends Worlds 2023.

"GODS" was released on October 4, and currently garners 38,102,747 views on YouTube as of November 20. The song also made buzz across the K-pop community, as this was NewJeans' first-ever online game collaboration.

Meanwhile, HEARTSTEEL's "PARANOIA" was officially released on October 23. While Riot Games has its own virtual girl group K/DA, HEARTSTEEL serves as its virtual male counterpart. The group is composed of tobi lou, ØZI, Cal Scruby, and Baekhyun, who voiced Ezreal.
