Ex-Berry Good Johyun Confirmed Dating Non-Celebrity, Ghost Studio Releases Official Statement
Shin Jee Won, simply known as Johyun, is confirmed to be in a relationship!
On November 26, agency Ghost Studio officially announced that Johyun is dating an entrepreneur. The agency also conveyed wariness since Johyun's partner is a non-celebrity and encouraged everyone to support their relationship.
"After checking (the facts) with Johyun, it turns out that she's in the stages of getting to know a non-celebrity man with good feelings. Since the other party is a non-celebrity person, we are cautious to prevent any damage."
"Thank you for your consideration. We would be grateful if you could send your affectionate support to their relationship. Once again, thank you."

Johyun debuted with Berry Good on May 21, 2014, with their first-ever digital single "Love Letter." The initial lineup was originally composed of Iera, Gowoon, Nayeon, Taeha, and Subin. However, in January 2015, Iera, Subin, and Nayeon left the group to focus on their studies.
Berry Good then greeted the additional members Seoyul, Daye, and Sehyung, with Johyun joining the lineup change in 2016. Johyun also participated in the survival show MIXNINE in 2017 but was eliminated when she placed No. 24 on its episode 13.
On May 12, 2021, at 6 p.m. KST, Berry Good's disbandment was confirmed by agency JTG Entertainment, which wrapped their seven-year journey with the agency.
On January 11, Johyun signed an exclusive contract with her new agency Ghost Studio, where she'll be focusing on her acting career. With this endeavor in mind, the idol-turned-actress decided to take on a new chapter by the name Shin Jee Won.
In other news, the idol was interviewed for her movie "Hypnosis" on March 19, 2021, and during her thoughts regarding her acting, Johyun mentioned that she has stopped doing idol promotions.
"The members' contract periods have ended right now. I don't know if there are plans to continue promoting as a group. I'm prepping to go solo, and I think I'll still promote as a singer."
JTG then responded by denying that Berry Good was disbanding and that Johyun still had some time remaining on her exclusive contract. With this time left, Johyun promoted as an actress and singer.
"Johyun is flourishing as an entertainer. Berry Good is not disbanding," JTG stated.
Johyun clarified her comments regarding her idol promotions on March 20, 2021.
"I meant to explain that I'm doing more solo activities than idol promotions, and I plan to work hard on my solo activities. I expressed it badly, so I want to apologize to the reporters."
"I also meant to say that two of the members had departed from the team after their contracts expired. I apologize for saying that Berry Good's contract has expired. I have a good relationship with JTG Entertainment, and we will continue to work together."
"Reports made it seem like my contract had expired and that I was on bad terms with my agency, so I want to clarify these misunderstandings."
