BLACKPINK Jennie, SNSD Taeyeon, More Included in Top 30 K-pop Female Idols in January 2024
After having released its brand reputation index of the most popular K-pop girl groups this January 2024, the Korean Business Research Institute narrowed it down with its newest list, which contained individual girl group members.
The list, which was derived from data collected from December 21, 2023, to January 21, 2024, was also determined by numerous factors such as the overall exposure of these artists and how much they trended.
Here are the Top 30 K-pop girl group members of January 2024!
1. BLACKPINK Jennie
Jennie made it with a brand reputation index of 3,392,111. The idol has also been trending across social media for her solo endeavors, which consist of her new chapter as CEO of the independent label "ODD ATELIER," alongside her appearance in variety shows and programs.
2. Girls' Generation Taeyeon
Taeyeon managed to climb at the No. 2 spot, since the soloist had garnered a brand reputation index of 3,135,044.
3. NewJeans Hanni
Hanni completed the Top 3 in third place, where she gained a brand reputation index of 2,539,275.
4. aespa Karina
With a brand reputation index of 2,496,698, aespa's leader Karina secured the fourth place for January 2024.
5. BLACKPINK Jisoo
Meanwhile, the top five was completed by Jisoo of BLACKPINK, who scored a brand reputation index of 2,430,595. This January, the "FLOWER" singer also became the newest brand ambassador for Alo Yoga.
6. BLACKPINK Lisa
BLACKPINK's youngest member Lisa continued the list by placing in No. 6. According to the institute, the maknae collected a brand reputation index of 2,398,872.
7. NewJeans Haerin
Haerin of NewJeans made it on seventh place, where she gained a brand reputation index of 2,073,031. The idol was included due to her current activities with the group and her separate schedules.
8. aespa Winter
Winter secured a brand reputation index of 2,028,359 for the month of January, leading her to claim the No. 8 spot.
9. NewJeans Danielle
Danielle made it on No. 9 for January 2024's girl group member brand rankings. The idol reportedly received a brand reputation index of 1,722,369.
10. Red Velvet Wendy
Finally, the Top 10 was rounded up by none other than Red Velvet's main vocalist, Wendy. The list showed that the idol had gathered a brand reputation index of 1,683,402.
