Giselle of aespa and Park Hyung Sik of ZE:A were the first ones to be mentioned in the swirling speculations. It was plausible at first since Giselle was from aespa, one of fourth-gen's leading girl groups, and that Park Hyung Sik, a member of second-gen boy group ZE:A, is working as an actor.

According to a now-deleted tweet from X user @Douchebatch, Giselle and Park Hyung Sik were spotted together at the premiere event of the film "Believer 2."

Netizens claimed that the sightings showed a pattern that was similar to BLACKPINK Jisoo and actor Ahn Bo Hyun, who also made appearances in movie premieres before their dating news got revealed in the media.

However, no confirmation was made from each of the stars' respective agencies as the rumors stayed as is, and this was further scraped by fans, who believed that it was unlikely since the two idols hadn't made any memorable interactions in the past.

2. aespa Karina & 2PM Lee Junho

While there were no sightings or happenstances between Karina and Lee Junho, the two stars were also mentioned by netizens. Others argued that the pairing was random and that it was also unlikely for the two idols.

3. Former IZ*ONE Kang Hyewon & ZE:A Im Siwan

In September 2023, former IZ*ONE member Kang Hyewon and ZE:A Im Siwan trended in online communities for being embroiled in dating rumors. According to the content buzzed by netizens, a photo featuring what appeared to be Hyewon and Im Siwan went viral.

Meanwhile, another "proof" photo also added fuel to the fire, showing the two signing autographs for children at a restaurant.

However, this was later scratched out by many, as it was revealed that Hyewon and Im Siwan were filming for the movie, "Boyhood."

4. (G)I-DLE Jeon Soyeon & Former B1A4 Jinyoung

Among the list of celebrities, (G)I-DLE's leader Soyeon and Ex-B1A4 Jinyoung were also one of the pairs mentioned by netizens. Some claimed that the pairing would make sense since both idols were acquainted together as judges during MBC's survival program "Fantasy Boys."

However, the majority disagreed with the speculations, saying that the pairing was also out of the blue.

5. LE SSERAFIM Kazuha & Wanna One, N'UEST Hwang Minhyun

Kazuha and Hwang Minhyun's pairing was also considered by many as random. However, their inclusion was because of how both idols went viral in July 2022 for their visual chemistry in an episode of "The Game Caterers x HYBE," causing divided reactions from fans due to a surge of shippers.
