Daesung Continues to Receive Criticism for 'Dual Attitude' To BIGBANG & 2NE1
After a recent show appearance, K-pop icon Daesung continues to be in hot water for his "dual attitude" toward Seungri and 2NE1 after he said this.
Daesung Criticized for 'Dual Attitude' to BIGBANG & 2NE1
Daesung appeared as a guest on the YouTube channel, "The Narak Quiz Show," which is controversial for its concept of asking questions that are difficult for the guests to answer. The BIGBANG member sparked discussions for his responses that didn't sit well with fans due to his alleged "dual attitude."
During the quiz show, Daesung met a question related to GD and Seungri, who originally debuted in BIGBANG with him.
In particular, G-Dragon's recent false illegal drug accusation was indirectly mentioned as well as Seungri, who was kicked out of the group and entertainment scene for being embroiled in the Burning Sun Scandal.
Showing an embarrassed expression, Seungri decided to skip both questions and remained silent about his co-members.
As the show continued, Daesung also received a question related to YG Entertainment artists.
When asked who has the least contribution among them to the label, the icon was flustered but selected 2NE1 in the end.
Regarding the question on which member "isn't needed" in the group, he then named Gong Minzy.
When these certain parts spread online, Daesung met BLACKJACKs' anger (2NE1 fandom) and left them with great discomfort. Fans demanded the production team take responsibility for it and criticized Daesung, saying:

- "The production team surely crossed the line."
As the discussion continued, criticism poured in on the way they intentionally avoided questions about BIGBANG and Seungri and made fun of 2NE1.
Daesung raised brows for his dual attitude for remaining quiet about BIGBANG, while directly answering questions related to 2NE1 It is truly reckless and disrespectful not only to fans but his juniors who were with him in the past under YG.

VIPs Show Mixed Reactions to BIGBANG Daesung's Guesting in 'Narak Quiz Show'
In the meantime, VIPs (BIGBANG fans) are also showing mixed reactions to Daesung's responses.
Originally, fans defended the idol, insisting that Daesung is most likely okay with mentioning 2NE1 as he's close with members, rather than answering issues about BIGBANG members.
On the flip side, some VIPs are disappointed with Daesung's appearance in the show, as they didn't expect lame questions to be asked.
According to fans, they are expecting "spicy' questions related to BIGBANG, such as:
- "Who's the reason BIGBANG can't reunite?"
- "Ask Daesung whether he won or lost (play question related to Seungri)."
However, contrary to netizens' expectations, questions were mainly about other artists belonging to YG Entertainment and politics-related questions rather than BIGBANG-related questions.
The level of questions was also significantly lower than that of other guests, and only 2NE1 was summoned, causing controversy.
