On March 3, Dispatch uploaded a video on platform TikTok, which featured Girls' Generation's youngest member Seohyun departing for Milan fashion week earlier on February 20.
The video showed Seohyun flaunting her graceful visuals and casual fashion, much to the delight of SONEs. However, the video mostly caught attention for a different reason, all because of the audio Dispatch had used.
Filipino K-pop fans stormed the comments section, expressing laughter over the content, and asking if Dispatch was fully functional. According to fans, the audio used for Seohyun's video was from the famous "budots" dance song in the Philippines.

The song, imbued with numerous remixes, has become a well-known track locally and is loved for its comical, upbeat tune.
In the video featuring Seohyun, Dispatch specifically used the version of "budots" from the senatorial campaign of politician Bong Revilla Jr., during the 2019 elections in the Philippines. The video has since mass-produced numerous memes among Filipino netizens.
