BLACKPINK Rosé and Rowoon garnered attention for their surprising interaction in their latest event appearance.

On April 11, 2024, Rosé was one of the several stars that attended the latest Tiffany & Co.'s exhibition in Tokyo, Japan. The "ON THE GROUND" songstress donned a gorgeous puffy black dress with matching Louboutin heels and stunning jewelry.

However, it was not just her visuals and outfit that drew her attention; her interaction with different celebrities also caught the netizens' eyes.

Following the event, snippets of Rosé and other celebrities were shared online. Though dozens of photos and videos were shared, it was footage of Rowoon and Rosé that went viral.

In a video published by fashion publication L'Officiel, Rowoon is seen waving casually at Rosé. When the two make eye contact, Rosé immediately reacts and offers a fist bump.

Seeing this, Rowoon smiles and first bumps with Rosé. He then quickly flashes a thumbs up.

After that, the two go on to their respective ways.

Many were shocked at the two's casual and friendly greeting. The two had never interacted publicly in the past, so their friendship was unknown to the public and fans alike.

However, due to the two's close actions, it can be theorized that the two are actually rather close.

This is not the first time Rowoon has been seen interacting with a BLACKPINK member, however.

In 2023, Jennie held a launch party with Clavin Klein for her exclusive collaboration on the label. Several celebrities were in attendance at the event, including Rowoon.
