Swings Says He's Done With Diss Tracks, Will Go Back To Work On Upcoming Album

Just as quickly as he began, Swings has now decided to end the back and forth diss track war with his former label Amoeba Culture.

A series of raps that attacked former Supreme Team member Simon D for abandoning E-Sens started an all out war between Korean rappers with Dynamic Duo's Gaeko getting thrown into the mix as well.

In response to his tracks, many other notable figures in the Korean hip-hop scene jumped on the bandwagon and used the heated atmosphere over the past several days as a platform to air their grievances as well.

But now, through his agency, Brand New Music, Swings has said he will no longer focus on dissing the other artists and will instead go back to work on his upcoming album.

"Swings's third diss track "New World" will probably be his last," stated the agency. "He plans to complete the production for his upcoming full-length album, which he has prepared for up until now."

Now that the diss tracks have (likely) come to an end, the Korean hip-hop scene can expect to calm down for a while. But with all this passion and fire in their bellies, fans can probably expect to see some really impressive studio releases from Korea's hottest rappers in the coming months.

Here's hoping!
