More details have been shared about JYJ Junsu's $12 million hotel investment located at the island paradise of Jeju.

Last November, JYJ's Junsu announced that he received approval from the city of Jeju for the construction of the "Jeju Toscana Hotel." The Construction of the hotel began in April and was expected to be more popular than any other hotel in Jeju.  Not just because Junsu's name is on the investor list, but because it is close to nature. The hotel is said to have an outdoor swimming pool, restaurant, cafe, spa and have 65 guestrooms. Just like paradise. Construction is set to accomplished by March next year.

Jeju Toscana Hotel has 4,014㎡ of building space and has a total land area of 8153㎡. The investors are set for preparing their applications to have business benefits from Jeju Free International City policies.

Jeju Island is very popular tourists destination in Korea and hopefully, hotel will be fully booked specially for Junsu's 12 Million Hotel.
