Minecraft Pocket Edition Update Release For iOS And Android Set For July 10 With Infinite Worlds, Caves, Monster Eggs And Wolves; Get PS Vita Version For Free If You Have The Game On PS3

A huge Minecraft Pocket Edition update is coming this week!

The report on Game Rant revealed that the Minecraft Pocket Edition update for iOS and Android devices, which is so far the biggest one to arrive, will be available on July 10. Most of the content of the upcoming Minecraft Pocket Edition update are already available on the PC and console versions of the open-world sandbox game.

As listed on the site, the Minecraft Pocket Edition update for iOS and Android devices will include infinite worlds, caves and wolves. Also, fans of the game can expect new blocks and items come the Minecraft Pocket Edition release date. Particularly, there will be Monster Eggs ang large mushroom blocks.

The iOS and Android versions of Minecraft will also receive new flowers and new biomes from the PC version of Minecraft. These include mesas, swamps, hills and jungles. As for other Minecraft news, the upcominng PS Vita version of the game will have most of the PS3 features and that includes the multiplayer mode. As reported on The Fuse Joplin, Mojang already confirmed that one will be able to get the Minecraft PS Vita version for free if you avail the PS3 edition of the game.

For gamers who do not own the PS3 version yet, they can get both the PS3 and the PS Vita for $19.99.

Also, Minecraft gamers will be able to import saved worlds from PS3 to PS Vita. All the DLCs from The Minecraft PS3 will also be compatible with the PlayStation Vita edition.

Minecraft PS Vita, together with the PS4 and Xbox One version will be available in August.
