Mina Broke Down In Tears As She Revealed The Struggle Of Dating Younger Guy

Singer Mina was invited for an interview with OSEN. The 45-year-old singer shared her recent romantic relationship with a man 17 years younger than her. Apparently, Mina has a lot of things that she's been keeping to herself, including how she struggles to maintain her relationship with her young boyfriend.

Mina has been dating Ryu Phillip for almost two years. Since they made their relationship public, Mina and Ryu Phillip has proven that large age gap is not a problem like everyone might have assumed. Instead, Mina revealed that her 27-year-old boyfriend is sometimes way more mature than she is, and that's one of the things that she loves about her boyfriend.

According to Allkpop, Ryu Phillip once debuted in an idol group, SoReal back in 2014. However, the boy group didn't garner a lot of chances to shine until it finally disbanded. Since then, people only know Ryu Phillip as Mina's young boyfriend. The former idol is currently on his military duty and is scheduled to get discharged next month.

Mina expressed that she's very excited to see Ryu again after a long time. The sexy singer suddenly broke down in tears as she reminisced how much sacrifice that Ryu has made to be with her. As she shed her tears, Mina said that Ryu gave up promoting as an idol because of her. With his talents, great personality, and his good-looking face, Mina believes that Ryu Phillip would have been a successful idol. She couldn't help but feel guilty about Ryu not having to live up to his potential so she hopes she can be a great support to him to repay the burden she has put into his life.

Even though they have been dating for a pretty long time, Mina and Ryu haven't had any plans to get married anytime soon. Mina realized that it might be a problem for Ryu if he promotes as a married man. She and Ryu hope that they could maintain a healthy relationship that will last forever.
