Fans are reacting to female celebrities following EXO members on Instagram.

Popular Australian model Miranda Kerr and T-ara member Soyeon were met with mixed reactions from EXO fans when they interacted with some of the boy band's members on Instagram.

Miranda Kerr's Instagram photos have been bombarded by comments from fans of Sehun, the member of EXO that she follows, while Soyeon received criticism for liking a picture that EXO's Kai posted. Soyeon ended up apologizing because of the response.

Following Sehun's recent comments that Miranda Kerr is his ideal type, Miranda Kerr followed the EXO member on Instagram.

However, shortly after, EXO fans, formally known as EXO-L, started tagging Sehun's Instagram account on multiple pictures from her account.

The response from some fans was to start posting comments asking other EXO fans explicitly not to tag Sehun, and to respect Miranda Kerr's account made for her fans rather than Sehun and EXO's fans.

Another incident involved T-ara's Soyeon and a picture of EXO's Kai.

The T-ara member liked a picture of Kai on a fan account, and an article on instiz reported that Soyeon's action was receiving bad reactions from EXO fans.

Kai does not currently have a public Instagram account.

Soyeon ended up leaving several comments on the picture, where she apologized for her action. She said that she hadn't realized what she had done, but only liked the picture accidentally. She also thanked the fans who had left nice comments, and wished everybody a nice day after saying that she was all right with the situation. Her three comments were filled with emoticons and the Korean character equivalents of laughter.

Fans of EXO's Sehun were also involved in an incident involving Daeun, member of the girl group 2EYES, who  deleted her Instagram account in July.

Several EXO members opened Instagram accounts this year, and have posted multiple updates to fans about their daily lives.
