SM Entertainment Pursues Damages From Former EXO Members

In 2014, EXO lost two members after Kris (Wu Yi Fan) and Luhan filed contract nullification lawsuits with SM Entertainment. The two pursued acting and singing careers in China following leaving South Korea. But in February, SM Entertainment announced that the company had filed a lawsuit against Luhan based on the fact that Luhan is still legally bound to SM Entertainment until the contract nullification lawsuit is settled. SM Entertainment's representatives also announced that a similar lawsuit is planned against Kris.

Legal representatives of both Luhan and Kris revealed that they were surprised by SM Entertainment's actions.

Michael Bublé Covered Taeyang's "Eyes, Nose, Lips"

Canadian jazz singer Michael Bublé shared a short cover video of a popular K-pop song at the request of his fans. The singer was in South Korea preparing to go on stage in front of Korean fans when the video was uploaded to his Instagram account. Bublé gave a shoutout to both Taeyang and the fan who had originally requested that he sing a K-pop song.

2NE1's CL Collaborating With Black Eyed Peas For American Solo Debut

After several rumors, CL of 2NE1 shared pictures on her Twitter account with members of American band Black Eyed Peas. will.i.am of Black Eyed Peas had tweeted CL on Twitter about possibly collaborating, spurring rumors. The pictures that CL posted seemed to confirm that CL will be working with Black Eyed Peas for her debut into the American music market. Based on the fact that Black Eyed Peas' Fergie is on hiatus, CL will be filling in on the female vocals.
