EXO Comeback News and Rumors

This week saw multiple rumors regarding SM Entertainment male idol group EXO. The group allegedly filmed a music video for a title song, rumored to be called "Call Me Daddy." EXO performed several of their upcoming songs at their concert, ExoluXion, where it was revealed that the title track of the upcoming album is actually "Call Me Baby."

Rumors spread regarding two Chinese members of EXO, in particular Tao. Tao and Lay are two of the four original Chinese members of EXO, but due to the withdrawals of Kris (Wu Yi Fan) and Luhan in 2014, there have been multiple reports of further withdrawals from EXO's Chinese members.

A hashtag also spread throughout social media, proclaiming that EXO fans wanted Girls' Generation Taeyeon dead, due to her relationship with EXO's Baekhyun.

Zest On Hiatus Following Rape Accusations

A female rookie idol brought charges against a male rookie idol, accusing the male of rape. Korean media revealed the male idol to be a member of rookie group Zest. Zest's company originally denied the claims, and then admitted that the two were acquainted but denied the accusations of rape. Zest reportedly postponed a planned comeback due to the ongoing investigation.

U-KISS Wins First Music Show Award

Seven years after debuting, U-KISS won their first award on a weekly music show for their latest song "Playground." U-KISS beat out competition including INFINITE subgroup INFINITE H and 4MINUTE on SBS MTV's The Show. The members thanked fans for supporting the group for so long, despite limited success in the past.
