'Music Core' Showreel: Red Velvet Wins On The April 4, 2015 Episode + Performance Recap

MBC's Music Core is back for another week of great performances from some of your favorite K-pop stars. The audience fan chanted while their stars performed during the April 4 episode.

The stars who made their return were EXO with "Call Me Baby," miss A with "Only You," F.T. Island rocked the stage with "Pray," K.Will is "Growing for his return, Untouchable with "Crayon," NC.A with "Cinderella Time," Crayon Pop are defending the world with "FM," MAMAMOO with eSNa collaborate for "AHH OPP," and Baek Ji Young with Song Yoo Bin sang their adorable single titled, "Garosugil At Dawn."

Your nominees for the April 4 episode were Red Velvet, Huh Gak, and Davichi. The winner was Red Velvet for their single titled, "Ice Cream Cake." Congratulations to them.

Best Performances From The April 4 Episode

EXO

EXO said, "Call Me Baby" as they made their comeback on the April 4 episode. EXO showcased their amazing choreography and charisma on stage. Along with this, they did a great job of entertaining the audience.

Lots of fan chants and screams were heard while the guys performed. The members wore blue colored suits for their performance. Their black t-shirts spell the word of their new single titled, "Call Me Baby."

Red Velvet

SM Entertainment's hit female group Red Velvet wore colorful outfits as they sang their single titled, "Ice Cream Cake." The ladies performed flawlessly once again and entertained their fans.

Red Velvet is doing a great job with promotions as they have won a total of six first place trophies. Each of the members thank their fans and agency for all the trophies they are winning.

Ga In

Ga In sang her second single titled, "Apple" on the April 4 episode. Jay Park appeared on stage and sang his rap part for the song. With his appearance, Jay Park tried looking like duo group 1PUNCH with his hairstyle.

The audience were silent while Ga In performed. Fans has waited for Ga In and Jay Park to perform this song together. Though, Jay Park's hair was not one that the fans liked.

"Gahhh iv been waiting for jays featuring!!! But.. Why hair.... Jay.... Lol," wrote YouTube viewer brightyoung in a comment posted on the website Saturday. Her song ranks number five this week.

MFBTY

MFBTY who consist of amazing rappers Yoon Mi Rae, Tiger JK, and Bizzy performed on stage their Indian inspired single titled, "Bang Diggy Bang Bang" on the April 4 episode.

The trio had lots of fun and definitely entertained the audience. Fan chants and screams were all heard while they performed.

They are perfect<3," wrote YouTube viewer Kaaate in a comment posted on the website Saturday.

Baek Ji Young and Song Yoo Bin

Baek Ji Young and Song Yoo Bin had a nice stage setting as they sang their beautiful ballad single titled, "Garosugil At Dawn." The two showcased their beautiful voices and expressed the heartache of a couple breakup.

CLC

CLC sang their single titled, "PEPE" on the April 4 episode. The ladies wore an adorable outfit for their performance and entertained the audience.

Even though their performance was cut, CLC still performed flawlessly with lots of smiles. CLC is Cube Entertainment's new female group. CLC is an abbreviation that means 'Crystal Clear.'

NS Yoon-G

NS Yoon-G wants to be your "Wifey" as she wore a Chicago Bulls jersey and black shorts for her performance on April 4.

NS Yoon-G's single ranks number 44 on the music show's chart this week. She did a good job of entertaining the audience with her bright personality.

Minah

Minah had her performance cut on the April 4 episode. Minah sang her new solo single titled, "I am a Woman Too."

The message of the song is about Minah and how she is a woman who does have feelings when it comes to love. Please do not break her heart. Her single ranks number seven on the music show's chart this week.
