EXO, Yoo Ah In And Other Korean Stars Auction Off Personal Items For Children’s Charity

Korean stars, including members of boy band EXO and actors like Yoo Ah In will be putting their personal items up for auction for the benefit of children in need, reports The Korea Times.

"Profits from the event will be used to support the children from low-income families in the country," local auction house K Auction reportedly said in a release.

EXO, along with other celebrities and popular athletes, will be signing and selling dozens of items such as musical instruments, caps, shirts and bats for bidders to purchase until October 27.

There will be starting bid prices for each item. K Auction said that a t-shirt actor Yoo Ah In wore during a photo shoot will have a starting bid price of roughly $130 (150,000 Korean won), while a backpack from one of the most popular Korean TV entertainers Yoo Jae Suk will have a starting bid price of roughly $400 (500,000 Korean won).

EXO's charity auction participation comes after their sold-out concert at the newly built Gocheok Sky Dome on October 10, and amid their ongoing Japanese debut promotions.

The group has released the music video for the Japanese version of their hit track "Love Me Right," which drops on November 4, and will then proceed to hold their Japanese Dome tour beginning November 6.
