'Final Fantasy Explorers' Introduces 2 New Summon Beasts, Learn How To Beat Them So You Can Use Their Abilities

"Final Fantasy Explorers" reveals Eidolons in new infographic.

According to Gamezone, Square Enix just released an infographic full of the 12 Eidolons players will fight in "Final Fantasy Explorers." The same rule applies as it did in the games that have been released before. Players must first beat these monsters before getting the ability to summon them in battle in future encounters. The Eidolons can be fought as a single player or by a party of up to four players.

Players can then summon the Eidolons whilst in Trance Mode. This is a temporary ability where players are able to transform into other legendary creatures and characters from the "Final Fantasy Series."

Square Enix noted that there are two new Eidolons added into the series via "Final Fantasy Explorers." Siliconera reported that of the 12 Eidolons appearing, Bahamut, Diablos, Alexander, Fenrir, Infrit, Leviathan, Phoenix, Odin, Ramuh and Shiva are returning from previous installments. The two new additions are Amaterasu, a figure that has seven swords, and Dryad, a beast that performs status-ailment inflicting attacks.

The "Final Fantasy Explorers" Nintendo 3DS game will be released in North America on Jan. 25, 2016 and in Europe on Jan. 26, 2015.

"Final Fantasy Explorers" is an action RPG game under the same "Final Fantasy" game franchise by Square Enix. The game is played on the Nintendo 3DS. This particular game features a quest-driven structure that strays from the usual narrative-driven structure popular and always used in the series. There are single player and multiplayer modes where the main goal is for players to collect crystals that are scattered across the world. It features character job-oriented battles against the classic monsters and summons known in the franchise.
