Synopsis/Recap:

This week's episode begins with the escape of the remaining army members and Mika carrying Yuichiro away from the battlefield. Both of them are badly wounded however, and Mika is out of blood from Krul Tepes.

Mika hears a child make noise and chases him. Just as he's about to drink however, the child calls him a monster and he stops. Yuichiro is still passed out, begging Asuramaru to explain what happened to him. He finally comes to when she says a different family member is looking after him today.

Mika's hunger has gotten out of control so Yuichiro offers his blood to save him. Mika resists and resists, fearing he will become a monster if he ever drinks human blood. Yuichiro continues to encourage him to drink his blood and Mika finally gives in.

Mika tells him that he feels weird as a vampire. Yuichiro tells him the encouraging words from guren about living for revenge and for helping out others. Mika tries to tell him not to go back to the humans. After arguing about it, Mika agrees to go with Yuichiro to find them. After all, Shinoa did save Mika's life.

Mika and Yuichiro find a car, and they drive to the airport. Mika explains that Yuichiro is apart of an experiment by the humans called "Seraph of the End." Apparently, the experiment has made Yuichiro the target of both humans and vampires.

Mika suggests they run away from both the vampires and the army. Yuichiro says they should still find his company of friends first.

Elsewhere, Kureto continues his painful experiments.
