Are George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin divorcing over that Cindy Crawford naked encounter? Probably not, but Celebrity Dirty Laundry and Gossip Cop are having a field day.

Celebrity Dirty Laundry reported that Amal "completely freaked out" after Crawford "recently dished about a nearly naked encounter she had with George Clooney." Gossip cop reported that Amal Clooney is not divorcing George Clooney.

But they didn't need Cindy Crawford telling Conan O'Brien about the naked encounter with George Clooney to start this off. They've been saying it for a while. Divorce rumors have plagued the couple since their marriage. They've been married for less than a year.

Just a few weeks ago they reported that Amal Clooney was no longer wearing Clooney's wedding ring. Will Amal Alamuddin file for divorce?

Amal has been spotted not wearing her 7-carat engagement ring, which Celeb Dirty Laundry reported meant that the marriage was on the rocks, not because the $450,000 might be a little too flashy to take out and about.

"Amal has told friends she wants a more understated engagement ring specifically for when she's working on serious cases. People constantly stop her and admire it for a closer look. It is a massive rock and there is no hiding it," The Mirror magazine quotes a source as saying.

George understands why Amal would want a more subtle ring when working with her clients.

"She's been to visit Cartier and has requested a platinum band. George understands and is completely supportive," the insider added.

George Clooney is a good friend to Cindy's husband Randy Gerber and has been for years, long before Clooney married the power lawyer Amal.

"George is very well-behaved now that he's married to the lovely Amal," Cindy told CNN on Dec. 8 .

"But there was a time before he met Amal, that he and Rande had gone out, and they did ask me if I wanted to come, but it was a Sunday night and I stayed home with the kids. Sometimes if Randy goes out late, he'll go into the guest room, because the kids will end up falling asleep with me in my room.

"I get on the bed and I'm like, 'Hey, babe,' and he looks, and it wasn't Randy. It was George! I don't know who was more shocked, me or George, because I've woken George out of a dead, slightly inebriated slumber. So, he was like, 'Oh, my God!' and I was like, 'Oh, my God!' And then I ran out . . . And I find Randy, and I wake him up. He was in our daughter's room. And I was like, 'Why is George in the guest room?'"

These rumors may have started from jealous people who don't want to see the actor with the lawyer. People like that belong with supermodels, right? The papers said Amal has been suffering from insecurities about her looks. Others reported that the human rights lawyer is completely secure in her marriage to George.

CDL suggests George may be "comparing Amal to Cindy."

Neither George Clooney nor Amal Alamuddin has released any official statement.
