While most other idols may have been resting or having fun, 2NE1 member Dara (Sandara Park) proved she is one of the busiest idols in the industry by continuing to work on January 1, 2016.

Updating her Instagram account, Dara said she was at work during the first day of the new year and was seen all wrapped up in cozy winter gear. This continues Dara's trend in recent weeks of posting herself dressed up in cute winter attires. Fans also encouraged her on and wished her a prosperous 2016.

"Happy new year! May 2016 be luckier in love and in work for you. Be happy and be healthy," "Fighting!" "Happy new year unnie," said commenters on Instagram.

The holidays in general have been a hectic one for Dara, and among her many activities was guest starring on Happy Together with iKON's Bobby and B.I for the show's Christmas special.

Dara also continues as host of Sugar Man, her first time to hold such a position in any variety show.

As for a 2NE1 comeback, the latest word from YG Entertainment was that there are no concrete plans even as the group performed as a complete foursome at the 2015 MAMA and saw the return of besieged member Bom to the stage after months out of the spotlight.
