Keeping Up With The Kardashians Season 10 News Update: Kourtney Kardashian enjoyed an evening out with Jenna Dewan-Tatum, Chrissy Teigen and actress Minka Kelly to celebrate Balthazar Getty's birthday at The Nice Guy in Los Angeles on Friday night. The reality TV star hit the town with pregnant Chrissy Teigen, Jenna Dewan-Tatum, Minka Kelly, John Legend and Kelly Rowland,

The evening followed an interview with Ellen DeGeneres on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, during which she discussed the status of her relationship with her ex-boyfriend Scott Disick. She called off her relationship with her long-term boyfriend in July.

"Well, we're not together, I feel like every day is different," Kim Kardashian's older sister told DeGeneres. "But, we're totally getting along, we have three beautiful kids toghether. He's family, he'll always be."

The party was documented in a series of Instagram photos. Jenna Dewan-Tatum appeared in several photo booth shots that Chrissy Teigen and Kourtney Kardashian posted to their social media accounts.

 Kardashian, 36, wore a black velvet jumpsuit.

"Girls night out and crashing birthday parties," Dewan Tatum, 35, captioned a photo on Instagram. Dewan Tatum wore a black ensemble. Teigen, 30, wore denim shorts and black leather boots.

Chrissy's husband, John Legend, was spotted with the group as well. Chrissy and John joined their pals Kourtney Kardashian, Jenna Dewan-Tatum, Minka Kelly and others for the star-studded bash.

Sunday's episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians was all about the issue of Scott Disick.

Khloe Kardashian revealed that Lamar Odom is "doing great" but his short term memory is still a struggle. The 31-year-old reality star joined sister Kourtney via FaceTime on The Ellen DeGeneres Show last week. The interview airs today.
