Courtesy of fan sub teams, a new episode of "Dragon Ball Super" is now streaming online. Episode 31 is entitled "To Lord Zuno! Ask About the Location of the Super Dragon Balls" and can be streamed for free online using website links provided below.

Synopsis/Recap:

This week's episode begins with Jaco in his spaceship, lamenting his deal with Bulma. Jaco tells Bulma that he cannot take her to the center of the universe - it's too far away and the Milky Way patrol stays only within the milky way.

Everyone at the house remarks how useless Jaco is. Then, Bulma punches him in the face and the blow causes him to remember a man named Zuno who is said to know everything about the universe. Jaco and Bulma set out to talk to Zuno and they reminisce over what Jaco first thought of Bulma when he saw her as a kid.

Bulma and Jaco are met by guards who say that they can't meet with Zuno without an appointment and the next appointment is in seven years. Gekkeman, a wanted criminal, also shows up to Zuno's. Jaco is about to leave with Bulma but decides at the last minute to arrest Gekkeman. He takes him down and that ultimately leads to Jaco and Bulma being allowed to see Zuno.

Bulma asks Zuno about the super dragon balls and Zuno reveals the size, shape, and how many dragon balls are between the sixth and seventh universe. Bulma however wastes her last two questions clarifying things, and is forced to head back to earth with Jaco.

Bulma explains what she learned about the super dragon balls to Vegeta and the others. They figure Champa wanted to come to their universe to find the last one.

Jaco heads off with his prisoner Gekkeman, and promises to be at the tournament.
