Se7en dishes out on dating in public with new girlfriend Lee Da Hae
It's only been a month after news broke out that actress Lee Da Hae and Korean singer Se7en are dating. What started out as speculation and rumor was soon confirmed by their agencies. What's amazing is that Lee Da Hae and Se7en are not just dating they've been dating for over a year before the news broke.
But with a guy like Se7en, this is not entirely surprising seeing as he and ex-girlfriend Park Han Byul hid their relationship for seven years before they confirmed it. But still, how can popular celebrity couples date without grabbing the attention of the public? Well, Se7en shared exactly just that during his guesting on the Two Man Show.
Lee Da Hae, a popular Korean Wave (Hallyu) star who starred in Green Rose, My Girl and The Slave Hunters, had been friends with the 31-year old singer for a long time before they started dating. The news first broke out in a report by Sports Chosun.
The report said that the two have been friends for quite some time and when they both experienced hard times, they relied on each other, becoming each other's source of strength. This close friendship soon blossomed into romance which was only known by a few of their peers at the time.
Another report by Dispatch followed which featured photographic evidences of the two celebrities together in Thailand. Now, a month after the couple went public with their relationship, Se7en had finally spilled the beans on the October 17 airing of the Two Man Show with DJs Yang Se Hyung and Yoon Hyung Bin.
When DJ Yoon Hyung Bin asked Se7en about a rumor regarding the singer as 'puzzled' or surprised about the dating news, he replied: "I was joking to say that people found out later than I thought. I wasn't surprised."
The DJs would then go on to ask how the couple managed to go out on dates without giving anything away in public.
"We do try to avoid crowded places, but we don't disguise ourselves or anything." The singer explained. Earlier reports say that the two enjoyed having dates in cars and travelling out of the country to places like Vietnam and Thailand.
According to The Korea Times, it was the couple's respective agencies that confirmed their relationship via press releases.
