According to reports from allkpop, Actors Nam Goong Min, Nam Sang Mi and Junho of 2PM are now confirmed for new KBS 2TV drama 'Chief Kim'.

Reports claim that three are cast as three leads in the drama, which will be aired from next year January 25.

Chief Kim is a story about Kim Gwan-Chul, who is an accountant and becomes a middle manager at a company and fights for his employee's fundamental rights. He is a man who follows his principle and uses common sense.

Nam Goong Min (Beautiful Gong Shim) plays the drama's namesake, Chief Kim Sung Ryong, and he will be making an unpredictable transformation for the role. According to dramabeans Nam Sang Mi (Joseon Gunman) plays Yoon Ha Kyung and is also expected to show a new charm through the role. 2PM's Junho plays Seo Yul, who passed the judicial examination even as a college student. He was preparing to become the best investigative prosecutor but was then scouted to become the financial director of a huge enterprise.   

The production crew were very much satisfied with the inclusion of all three members, asking the future viewers to expect a great synergy.

Cha Tae-Hyun was first offered the lead male role but he denied.

Nam Goong Min's character as per dramabeans report, appears to be mischievous and childish, but he's a rule-follower with strict principles, a strong will, lots of pride and guts of boot. He has a big heart and perceives everything around him, which is obviously how he comes and to stand up for the little guy at his company. 

Chief Kim will be directed by PD Lee Jae-hoon and PageTurner. It is written by Park Jae-Bum of Good Doctor, Blood and God's Quiz. Chief Kim is scheduled to follow Oh My Geum-bi on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 22:00 (KST).
