Girl's Day has been doing a lot of group activities lately since they released new mini-album "Everyday #5". Recently, the girls were featured on tvN's "Taxi" that was aired on Mar. 29. Hyeri and friends shared their heartbreaking stories about their families as well as their struggle to land a new title as an idol.

The members undeniably have life stories that not many people have heard before. They clearly couldn't hold back tears while recounting their stories. Sojin and Hyeri first shared the story when they were trainees. According to Allkpop, Sojin shed tears as she was telling the story about her trainee days. Sojin revealed that she underwent 12 years of training to be a singer. The pre-debut period, according to Sojin, is the most difficult times in her life.

In contrast to Sojin, Hyeri felt so much luckier that she was able to get through the debut faster although she didn't deny that she's mentally and physically exhausted. She even compared her struggle in training camp as being the head of the household to emphasize how difficult and complicated it was.

However, Hyeri often feels ashamed every time she complains about her hectic schedules because her mom wouldn't want to see her sad. The "Reply 1988" actress revealed that her mom worked very hard at a factory for 15 years so that her children could have a better life. Fellow member, Minah, couldn't hold back her tears when hearing Hyeri's story as she shares the same story as Hyeri.

Minah had it worse since she couldn't come home for three years and her family didn't tell everything that had been going on because they just didn't want to make her sad. However, she's grateful now that she could repay her family's sacrifice with her success.

Sojin, Yura, Minah and Hyeri released their fifth album "Everyday #5" on Mar. 27. It consists of seven tracks, including Sojin's and Minah's solo tracks. Girl's Day begins their promotions officially with a performance on SBS MTV's "The Show" on March 28.
