The huge topic among fans of CL and disbanded girl group 2NE1 for quite some time has been the never-ending wait for CL's American album debut. Although the artist has done various collaborations and released a few singles here and there over the years, the full-length album which was promised to fans has yet to be made. 

CL is fully aware of her broken promise and recently used her personal Instagram page to post a letter of apology to fans as well as update them about her current activities. She put fans minds at ease stating she has not given up on her pursuit for an album and career in America.

Fans found her letter to be endearing and even humorous as she claimed herself to be the "Queen of album delays." Although it may take some time, fans are anticipating a great outcome from CL til this day.

CL continues to collaborate with American artists and had even held her own solo 'Hello Bitches' concert tour in New York as well as other states throughout the U.S.A back in 2016. What can we expect from her for the remainder of 2017?
