It's no surprise, Twitter's been going crazy because of Kang Daniel yet again. In particular, the word "Pink" has been trending #1 in Singapore.

It may seem absurd to outsiders, but to fans of Kang Daniel, it's exclusive information - Kang Daniel wants his Singaporean fans to turn up pretty in pink for his fan-meeting the next day. And this is just the tip of the iceberg. Here are some other highlights from the only press conference Kang Daniel's holding for his "Color on Me" Asian tour.

Just a day before his press conference, screams ricocheted across Changi Airport's Terminal Airport in spite of it being close to midnight. Kang Daniel had rejected offers for special arrangements, choosing to abandon the VIP passageway in favor of the opportunity to get close to his devout Singaporean fans. Videos of him smiling, waving, and even hi-fiving a lucky fan, quickly went viral on all social media platforms. Truly, he embodied his title of "Nation's Idol" and "Nation's Son".

Kang Daniel's ability to be both professional yet approachable shone once again during the press conference. He greeted the media personnel amicably before launching into his interview questions.

Upon being asked about his journey thus far, he honestly remarked about the added pressure of being a solo artist. Without his Wanna One members beside him, he felt as though he needed to work harder to fill the stage.

However, Kang Daniel would hardly need to worry about that, as his efforts have already borne the sweet fruits of labor. Not only is he the CEO of his own entertainment agency, but his mini-album had reportedly broken a new record under the category of solo artists, with 400,000 copies sold within the first three days.

Almost bashfully, Kang Daniel couldn't help but grin sentimentally when discussing his album. Having written the lyrics to all four songs, he mulled hard over picking a favorite lyric from each song, probably due to the fact that all the words had been painstakingly weaved together with his own heartfelt emotions. Just to feature what stood out to us the most, he chose the first part of the chorus for the song "Color", as it reminded him of new directions he was going to go towards in his journeys ahead.

Additionally, when asked to label each song with a specific color, he immediately attached a 'rainbow' to this song as well. From these two answers, it finally dawned on us why Kang Daniel was so widely loved. He truly gave off a sense of hopefulness and optimism that could cheer fans on in their toughest times.

We definitely won't forget how smart and dashing Kang Daniel looked in his all-black number. Many fans exclaimed on social media how he looked stunning and radiated the air of a true CEO. Coincidentally, Kang Daniel chose black as the color he would associate himself with.

Black? The gloomy color hardly seemed to match with his sunny disposition. However, his explanation will stun you! He said, "Black is the color when all the colors come together", a thought-provoking and a poignant statement that left us all speechless. Moreover, he asked fans to expect to see a darker, more intense side to him for his next album.

As the official ambassador of Busan, Kang Daniel was asked to recommend a one-day itinerary around his hometown. He suggested touring around Haeundae-gu in the morning to soak in the sights and vibes, as well as to taste the yummy street delights. At night, he would propose a car-drive around the city with some good music.

When he struggled to piece together the itinerary, he confessed that it was because he spends most of his time cuddling up to his four cats at home. Busan seemed to be a good reflection of who Kang Daniel was - simple, chill, yet full of heart.

Finally, he left a message for all his Singaporean fans, which was to look forward to the energy that is in store for them during his fan-meeting. Who knows, perhaps they might even be able to catch Kang Daniel taking on the durian challenge!

Well, what we can be sure of is that Singapore Indoor Stadium will definitely be a sea of pink on 16 August 2019.
