V & Jungkook Bond Together on "In The SOOP BTS Ver." to Close The Gap That Formed Between Them
On the latest "In The SOOP BTS Ver." episode, member V organized an intimate time with Jungkook to help close the gap that formed between the two over the years.
On the episode, which aired on September 23, Wednesday, V and Jungkook shared a drink by the fireside and shared deep conversations.
The episode started with V and Jimin in an outdoor tent. As V was too shy to ask Jungkook to come out himself, he asked Jimin to help by asking Jungkook to come out. V takes a seat by the outdoor tent, and it becomes obvious that he had planned this one on one time between Jungkook and him.

Jimin goes to the main house and tells Jungkook that his room is leaking. He leads Jungkook outside to the tent, where V is waiting for him. When Jungkook arrived, V surprises Jungkook and tells him that he wanted to have a drink since they never drank with just two of them.
"We used to get in trouble for things like this, but we became so busy these days," Jungkook confessed. V agreed with him, replying that they were like "partners in crime".

During an interview scene, Jungkook confessed that though he and V used to be very close as trainees, they started growing apart in recent years as they spent more time doing their own thing.
"V used the be the member I was least awkward with," Jungkook stated. "But then we got busy doing our own thing. He used to be playful as well, but he has become more reserved these days. I realized I was talking with the other older members of the group a lot but never really took the time to talk to V."
The two spent the night together, drinking and having a heart to heart talks about their lives and concerns. "After talking to him, I felt better," Jungkook revealed in the interview, "It felt like we were back to our old selves, but not necessarily our younger selves."
