10. TWICE's Jihyo

TWICE member Jihyo ranked at number ten, garnering 35,768 votes. In 2015, Jihyo debuted as the JYP Entertainment girl group TWICE leader after competing on the survival show "SIXTEEN." Prior to her debut, she trained for ten years under the company. Ever since 2017, she has helped co-write a handful of songs for TWICE.

9. Red Velvet's Joy

Red Velvet member Joy ranked at number nine, garnering 44,779 votes. In 2014, Joy debuted in the SM Entertainment girl group Red Velvet and was the only group member to have not been part of the company's pre-debut training team, SM Rookies. In 2017, she debuted as an actress. In 2019, Joy was ranked as the fifth most popular female K-pop idol, with soldiers partaking in their mandatory military service.

8. CL

CL ranked in eighth place, garnering 63,794 votes. CL Is a South Korean rapper, singer, and songwriter. In 2009, she debuted as a member of the YG Entertainment girl group 2NE1. In 2013, she debuted as a soloist with "The Baddest Female." In 2019, she left YG Entertainment after a decade with the company. CL Is one of the most famous K-pop idols in the industry.

7. TWICE's Jeongyeon

TWICE member Jeongyeon ranked at seventh place, garnering 89,161 votes. Jeongyeon debuted as a member of the JYP Entertainment girl group TWICE in 2015 after competing on the survival show "SIXTEEN." From 2016 to 2019, Jeongyeon has consistently ranked within the top 20 most popular idols in South Korea in Gallup Korea's annual music poll.

Jiyeon ranked fifth place, garnering 191,148 votes. In 2009, she debuted as a member of the MBK Entertainment girl group T-ARA. Prior to her debut in T-ARA, she made her debut as an actress in 2007. In 2014, she debuted as a soloist.

4. BLACKPINK's Rosé

Rosé ranked in fourth place, garnering 493,434 votes. Rosé debuted as a member of the YG Entertainment girl group BLACKPINK in 2016. In 2020, YG Entertainment confirmed Rosé would debut as a soloist. Since 2018, Rosé consistently appeared on the Korean Business Research Institute brand reputation ranking list, often appearing in the top 10.

3. BLACKPINK's Jisoo

Jisoo ranked in third place, garnering 591,749 votes. Jisoo debuted as a member of the YG Entertainment girl group BLACKPINK in 2016. In 2020, YG Entertainment confirmed Jisoo would act in her first lead role in the drama "Snowdrop." In 2018, she ranked number 10 in Gallup Korea's survey determining the most popular idols in South Korea.

In 2019, she was the seventh most popular female idol with soldiers partaking in their mandatory military service.
