[Trigger Warning/Content Warning: Mentions of Bullying, Sexual Abuse, Depression, Suicide]

Shin Minah expressed her pain and frustrations as the victim, following the defamation lawsuit she is facing with former agency, as a response to her claim that she was bullied and abuse by her former bandmates.

The idol uploaded lengthy posts on her Instagram on Dec. 28, Monday, expressing her inner thoughts and feelings as a victim.

Her former agency, WKS ENE Entertainment, issued an official statement that she has been brought to the prosecution as she was charged for alleged defamation and obstruction of work. This is after her revelation earlier this year that she was bullied and sexually harassed by members, and even forced her to watch explicit videos that gave her traumas.

Later on, her past co-members were scrutinized, while she revealed that she also attempted to take her own life because of the unfortunate events she experienced.

Shin Minah Revealed Her Life as a Victim After Revelation

While WKS ENE Entertainment claimed that Minah fabricated her claims, the idol took to Instagram to air her side on Monday.

She started, "For me, the outcome of the lawsuit is not important. I learned that revealing the truth of the case is more valuable than winning. As a result of the lawsuit, not all the facts were revealed."

In addition to this, she said that she has no reason to lie about it, and rather, revealing such things will apparently harm her more in the future. However, Minah explained that she took the courage to "spill the tea" because she was confident that she's telling the truth.

Regarding the ongoing complaint, Shin Minah said, "This is the reality of a victim (whistleblower).  It is difficult for an individual to fight a group and win. The law cannot help the victims."
But despite that, she affirmed her followers that she will continue to fight.

In terms of her current health, she expressed her feelings about her attempt to make an extreme choice last September. Minah confessed that she was actually hospitalized due to panic disorder and depression, thinking that she's living in a foolish world and she just want to end everything.

Minah also talked about her frustrations about the suffering of victims while the perpetrators are out and free.

She wrote, "Unfortunately, all of the patients in the hospital were victims when they were hospitalized due to panic disorder and depression and trauma. The law didn't protect them, and they were being treated for heartbreak, but while the victims were in the hospital, the perpetrators were mostly doing some very good social work."

She added that many people are afraid of the truth coming out of the world. But she pledged that even if the law can't help them (victims), Minah promised that whatever the result will be, she will continue to keep the world informed of what happened to her and expressed her desire to establish a foundation that will help victims like her in the future.

Currently, Shin Minah has been sent to the prosecution on charges of obstruction of business and on charges of violating the Information and Communication Network Act.
