BTS V Makes Epic History on His 26th Birthday
Several fans around the world celebrated the 26th birthday of BTS member V, proving his that his popularity and influence across the globe. As a matter of fact, the fan club of the "Dynamite" singer have initiated more than 200 projects for his birthday.
Recently, a post shared on social media about V's fans' humanitarian and social initiatives trended among South Korean citizens. One netizen stated it felt like the entire planet is celebrating the birthday of the BTS member. Another Twitter user shared that scrolling through the projects made by the singer's devoted supporters gave him motion sickness.
Among the most remarkable projects initiated by V's avid followers is the erection of Taehyung Hope Primary School. Reports have it that a group of Chinese fans has generated more than $71,000 to support the said project's funding.

Because of this, there are a lot of people commended the China Baidu Vbar fans club for having the idea. One netizen shared that the establishment of an educational institution is always a good idea. Another Twitter user said he wants to let V know about the efforts made by his avid fans, such as building a school, adopting endangered animals, and donating significant amounts of money as these make his birthday celebration more meaningful.
The China Baidu Vbar fans club also paid for a special advertisement in the gigantic LED wall of Burj Khalifa in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In fact, V is the first-ever South Korean K-Pop idol to be featured on the tallest and most prestigious building on the entire planet.
An online commenter stated that Burj Khalifa hit the jackpot when it closed a deal with V's fans club. Another netizen said that the advertisement looked like a real festival, adding that it was actually greater than she thought. A third source claimed that the birthday surprise was "crazy" and described it as the "best birthday support" she has ever seen in her life so far.
A fansite also organized an event in line with the 26th birthday celebrations of V. It was divulged that a satellite named LadyBird-1 would travel through space and orbit planet Earth to take photos of V from space on his birthday.
The news sent some fans into a frenzy. One fan even described it as one of the most phenomenal birthday celebrations in history. Another follower shared it feels like a royal prince is celebrating his natal day.

Meanwhile, ARMYs trended #JiminDeservesBetter on Twitter on Thursday, Dec. 31, after some members of another fandom allegedly made grave remarks about Jimin and body-shamed the BTS member. Some fans of the "DNA" singer took to Twitter to express their disappointment with the bashers.
One netizen said Jimin does not deserve rape jokes since he worked very hard to be in his position today. Another follower of Jimin claimed that Jimin deserves love and not hate because of his undeniable talent and perfect face.
