BLACKPINK Lisa Garners 50 Million Followers on Instagram

Lisa has proven, again, that she is one of the most famous and influential people in the world. The BLACKPINK member achieved another milestone on Instagram after she broke the 50 million followers mark recently.

The latest victory of BLACKPINK Lisa made her the fifth Asian and second Asian women to achieve the record. Not only that because, aside from being the only K-pop idol to made it this far, the "Lovesick Girls" songstress is already the 37^th most populary personality on Instagram.

Before Lisa achieved the record, BLINKs have been trending the hashtag #50MForLisa on Twitter to encourage other fans, across the world, to follow the Thai rapper on the popular photo-sharing site. Luckily, they were able to hit their target and they are now celebrating their idol's triumph.

Some fans wrote congratulatory messages for BLACKPINK member Lisa on Twitter. Most of them said that they are very proud of what the K-pop star has achieved through the years. Others shared that they are thrilled for the imminent solo debut of Lisa, which YG Entertainment revealed that is happening before the year 2021 officially ends.

Aside from BLACKPINK Lisa, Jennie, Jisoo and Rosé have also increased the numbers of their followers on Instagram. As of this writing, Jennie has a total of 43 million followers, while both Jisoo and Rosé have 38.9 million followers each. These statistics are expected to surge as more and more people discover the girls' exemplary talents in singing, rapping and dancing.

Meanwhile BLACKPINK member Lisa sported a French-girl style in her latest snaps posted on Instagram. The "How You Like That" singer opted to wear a cult knitwear from the House of Sunny, which is a brand that Kendall Jenner, Sophie Turner and Bella Hadid have donned in the past.

Sunny Williams, who is the founder of the said brand, told Vogue that he is pleased to see BLACKPINK Lisa wearing their so-called Day Tripper Cardigan. He even divulged that he was not aware that the K-pop idol photographed the signature piece and shared it on social media, adding it is quite surprising that Lisa is a customer.

The photos of BLACKPINK Lisa wearing the knitwear have amassed more than 6 million likes on Instagram already. While the House of Sunny cardigan helped the songstress gain the attention of many, other noticed that Lisa included a luxury piece from Celine, which is her favorite Parasian label.

BLACKPINK Lisa completed her laid-back ensemble with a classic quilted black Ava bag, which is huge enough to carry a face mask, her essential keys, phone and a MAC lipstick, which the idol also endorses. Supermodel Kaia Gerber had, previously, express her love for the said bag.
