On April 12, BamBam's management agency, ABYSS Company, released a notice regarding the idol's activities via the platform V Live.

In their statement, ABYSS Company revealed that one of the staff members went to the hospital after seeing symptoms of cold and was tested for COVID-19 on April 8 as per the physician. The following day, the employee received a positive result.
