On April 20, Lotte Duty Free announced the details for its upcoming 31st Lotte Duty Free Family Concert. They said that the event will be conducted non-face-to-face just like last year due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Super Junior Shindong will be the special stage MC. The upcoming family concert comes with a slogan, "Meet the green vibes, Greet the duty free life." This means that "if we want to protect our travel, let's protect our planet first," according to the agency.

As for the lineup of performers, it consists of some of the biggest acts in K-pop such as BTS, TWICE, Super Junior D&E, ITZY, and TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT). Viewers are sure to enjoy the concert as these artists are dedicated to giving exceptional performances and bringing happiness to the audience.
Recently, BTS members have been chosen as the new models for Lotte Chilsung's Kloud Beer.
Along with its goal to apply ESG or Environmental, Social, and Governance in their analysis process, Lotte Duty Free aims to bring comfort to people around the world who are having a difficult time because of the pandemic.

The 2021 Lotte Duty Free Family Concert will be broadcast online to reach a wider scope of audience. The subtitles will be available in six languages such as Korean, English, simplified Chinese, traditional Chinese, and Vietnamese.
In addition, Lotte Duty Free will apply advanced technology such as AR (Augmented Reality) and XR (Extended Reality) effects. Through this, the event will be decorated with lively virtual stages, providing the best experience to the viewers. They will be teaming up with CJ ENM to hold the annual family concert.

Any customer of Lotte Duty Free can watch the 2021 Lotte Duty Free Family Concert. The event will be broadcast through the official TikTok account of Lotte Duty Free on May 16 at 5 p.m. KST.
