The next offering from the successful string of exclusive tracks under UNIVERSE Music is here - heralded by new concept photos showing Kang Daniel in classy outfits.

NCSoft and Klap, developers of the new K-pop fan interaction platform UNIVERSE, have announced that the new song under its UNIVERSE Music series will be "Outerspace (Feat. Loco)" by Kang Daniel, with the first hints of the new song first released last May 6th across the official UNIVERSE social networking sites (SNS).

In the pair of concept photos, Kang Daniel is wearing a classy formal ensemble. In the first photo, taken in black and white, the singer songwriter is seen peering through the blinds to see what's outside.

Wearing a solid-colored suit, the entire composition of the photo is reminiscent of a noir-film, a spy or a member of an organization in a secretive job.

For the second image, Kang Daniel maintains the same aesthetic look, even without the black coat.

In this image, he wears a white shirt accented by a shoulder holster and a black necktie. He is brought into focus by a white circular light, which emphasizes his visuals as well as providing the same noir feel, such as one being caught escaping or a dashing hero caught into a corner.

Both photos are raising fans' excitement and curiosity as to what the concept of the music video will be, in addition to the lyrics and rhythm of the song. Daniel Kang will be featuring the Korean rapper Kwon Hyuk-woo, better known as Loco.

Kang Daniel and Loco's "Outerspace" will serve as the UNIVERSE Music release for the month of May. It follows IZ*ONE's "D-D-Dance" in January, Jo Su-mi and Rain's "Guardians" in February, Park Ji Hoon's "Call U Up (Feat. LeeHi)," and (G)I-DLE's "Last Dance (Prod. GroovyRoom)" last April.

Kang Daniel's "Outerspace (Feat. Loco)" is set to drop on various music sites on May 13, 6 PM KST. The music video for the track will be exclusively available on the UNIVERSE app.
