GOT7's Jay B Officially Signs With H1GHR Music
On May 11, at 4 PM KST, H1GHR Music took to their social media accounts to announce that GOT7 member Jay B has officially signed with the company. To announce his addition to the label, the company released a trailer for the idol.
In jay B's trailer, he is seen in the desert, in what appears to be a dystopian universe. Jay B is then seen riding a motorcycle in the desert. He rides into the night, and once he reached his destination, he removes his helmet, revealing himself to fans.

Alongside being announced as H1GHR Music's latest talent, the agency also reported that Jay B would be releasing a new single on May 14, 2021, at 6 PM KST.

What is H1GHR Music?
H1GHR Music is a record label founded by Korean-American musicians Jay Park and Cha Cha Malone. The label focuses on hip-hop and R&B artists and aims to bridge the gap between American and Korean artists. The label currently houses 16 artists and four producers.

H1GHR Music is a sister company to AOMG, which was also founded by Jay Park.
GOT7 Yugyeom Signs With AOMG
Jay B is not the only GOT7 member to sign with a company founded by Jay Park! Back on Feb. 19, AOMG took to its official social media account and announced Yugyeom as their latest artist. To celebrate his addition to the company, AOMG released a special dance video of the male idol.

GOT7's Recent Activities
On Jan. 11, 2021, it was reported that all of the GOT7 members chose not to renew all their exclusive contracts with JYP Entertainment. They officially left the company on Jan. 19, 2021, but stressed to fans that they were still a group. All the members have signed to different labels.

Jay B is under H1GHR Music, Mark is under Creative Artists Agency (CAA), Jackson is under Team Wang, his own agency, Jinyoung is under BH Entertainment, Youngjae is under Sublime Artists Agency, Bambam is under Abyss Company, and Yugyeom is under AOMG. While Jackson is under Team Wang, his self-established agency, he will work with Sublime Artist Agency for his activities in South Korea.

On Feb.20, GOT7 released the song "Encore," making it their first official release outside of JYP Entertainment.
