BLITZERS Garners Large Number of Viewers during Their Debut Showcase

New boy group BLITZERS has captured the attention of fans around the world. Their debut showcase impressively gained a big number of viewers despite the group being a rookie.

BLITZERS Holds Debut Showcase and Drops First Album "Check-In"

On May 12, at 6:00 p.m. KST, BLITZERS made their debut with the release of their first extended play titled "Check-In." This album conveys the meaning of going on a trip to meeting the fans, making the group feel excited just like the moment when one enters a hotel during a vacation.

The album features the title track "Breathe Again" and five more songs. "Breathe Again" is a combination of rock and dance genres and tells listeners to get rid of their worries and stay calm. To better enjoy the song, the rookie group also dropped a music video for it.

At the same time as the album release is the debut showcase of BLITZERS. The seven members - Go_U, Lutan, Wooju, Jinhwa, Sya, Juhan, and Chris - took the time to communicate with the fans. They also introduced their first release and gave their impressions on their debut.

Aside from that, the new K-pop group also did an unboxing of their debut album, "Check-In," and while they're at it, the members tackled the EP's title track and had a Q&A session. BLITZERS continued the debut showcase with performances of "Breathe Again" and "Drawing Paper," displaying their excellent skills.

After BLITZERS's debut showcase, it was revealed that the event garnered a shocking number of viewers. The total number of users who tuned into the event via the rookie group's official V LIVE channel, Twitter Blue Room, and LINE LIVE reached 500,000. This shows the global interest in the new boy group.

Even before BLITZERS made their debut, they already gained 400,000 social media followers. Because of this, the septet is expected to become a prominent group that will represent K-pop by carrying out a wide range of activities.

In addition to this, the music video for BLITZERS's "Breathe Again" has already reached one million views on YouTube, further showing the interest of global fans in the new boy group.

About New Boy Group BLITZERS

BLITZERS, formerly known as WUZO CIRCLE, is a new K-pop group signed under WUZO Entertainment. The group name means "with music and dance moves moving toward the world in a blitz." The band is made up of seven members namely Go_U, Sya, Wooju, Lutan, Chris Jinhwa, and Juhan. Jinhwa serves as the leader of BLITZERS, Go_U is the eldest member, and Wooju is the youngest.

The new boy group even released music last year. The septet dropped two songs titled "Blitz" and "Drawing Paper." The tracks were accompanied by music videos, which you can watch below.
