Kang Daniel and UNIVERSE Music Returns With TEASER B of 'Outerspace' Featuring Loco
A day before its official release, Kang Daniel and UNIVERSE Music return with the second music video teaser for "Outerspace," featuring Loco.
On May 12, NCSoft and Klap announced the release of "Outerspace (Feat. Loco) Official Music Video Teaser B (Trick Ver.)" throughout its various SNS channels. The "Trick Version" music video teaser was significantly more vibrant and energetic compared to the cool and mysterious "Agent Version."

In his 28-second music video teaser, Kang Daniel teases the dance routines set to the song "Outerspace." In one segment, he appears wearing the agent outfit he did from the Agent Version teaser as well as on the concept photos. In another, he wears a more casual and colorful outfit, set against an equally colorful background. Furthermore, the parts of the track used as the background music in the second teaser take the more upbeat parts of the song, compared to the rhythmic and curious beats in the first one.
Aside from the range of outfits and concepts Kang Daniel projects in all promotional materials thus far, fans are also excited about the role that hip-hop icon Loco will be playing in the music video. His lack of appearance so far only serves to further raise the fans' excitement.
The former Wanna One member has successfully carved his own path as a solo singer-songwriter with his latest album "Yellow," released last April 13. In the final chapter of his "color trilogy" - which began with "Cyan" last March 2020 and followed by "Magenta" released in August of the same year - Kang Daniel proved his versatility by earning the approval of both local and international music critics. Overall, his color trilogy summarizes his journey as an artist, with "Cyan" being his early years in the industry with its youthful pop tracks. This is followed by "Magenta," elegant and powerful through its dance tracks. With "Yellow," Daniel Kang explores the more challenging periods of his life, never giving up, and eventually finding hope to go on and succeed once more.
On the other hand, Kang Daniel will be working with Loco, one of the best in the current Korean hip-hop scene. Born Kwon Hyuk-woo, Loco first emerged as the winner of Mnet's rap contest "Show Me The Money" season 1, back in 2012. Since then, he has released a studio album as well as extended plays, and has collaborated with some of the biggest names in the industry. He worked with Jay Park and fellow rapper Gray for the song "Awesome" in 2015, as well as with MAMAMOO's Hwasa for the 2018 track "Don't Give It To Me."
