Psychiatrist Reveals Analysis on Sandara's Mental Health, Marriage, Self-Image, and More

On the afternoon of June 22 KST, MBC Every1's "Video Star," starring various professionals in the medical field, the four hosts analyzed Sandara Park's mental heath.
The special episode's concept is inspired by the "Hospital Playlist" TV series, titled "A wise Doctor's Life - Wise Service Health!".
The show featured Psychiatrist Yang Jaewoong, Dr. Joo Hwansoo, Obstetrics & Gynecology Specialist Hong Yeri, Dr. Lee Jaedong, and Skin Clinic Director Yoon Seunghwan.
Sandara Undergoes HTP Test to Analyze Her Mental Heath
In the episode, Yang Jaewoong conducted an HTP Test (House-Tree-Person Test) on the MCs including Sandara. This will show their personality and views, by drawing the three said images.
The former 2NE1 member went on and drew a house, tree, and a female figure that is similar to her, highlighting her iconic pineapple hairstyle.
Yang Jaewoong then explained, "Sandara Park drew her hair (head) larger than her body. However, it can be a bit difficult to analyze as it is a symbolic picture of 2NE1's days. But usually, having a big head means regretting learning, or we can suspect intellectual vanity."
The psychiatrist went on by emphasizing Dara's drawing without ears. It means that the idol doesn't listen to what others say, just doing whatever she wants. The other MCs including Kim Sook and Park Narae also attested to it.
Jaewoong added, "But most people with scars draw people without ears."
As for the tree, Jaewoong showed how Dara drew a tree without roots and a trunk that gets thicker as it goes down. The analysis says that though there are no roots, the female idol-actress drew a land, which means "stability of resources."
Just then, the psychiatrist noticed the tree knots in the drawing of Dara, and said, "Tree knots means trauma," which the female star surprisingly agreed on.

Sandara's Views on Marriage, Family Based on Her HTP Test Analysis
In the case of her relationships such as marriage and family, the full analysis says that Dara is currently more concerned about herself than those things.
However, given the positive factors, such as flowers and sun in her drawing, the psychiatrist said that Dara is still looking for that "fun" in her current life.
Regarding her house drawing, it can be emphasized that the star has good communication with others from the door and window. But it also says that there may be some discord in her relationships with her parents.
Sandara Park agreed lightly saying, "My parents nag a lot."
