Wonho Workout Routine 2021: Here's How to Achieve His Impressive Bod

Wonho is one of the male idols known for not only their musical talent but also their muscular body and well-defined abs. Because of his striking physique, many fans always go crazy every time he shows off his muscles or abs on stage or through his social media accounts.

Since Wonho has been showcasing his bod, many might be wondering what the male idol's secret is. Well, it's no secret at all as he shared how he achieved his current body shape.

These days, Wonho is catching many fans' attention with his large arms, wide shoulders, and broad chest, and it is undeniable that his bod is one of many people's body goals.

Wonho was able to attain these features as he spends a lot of time in the gym. Not to mention, his former MONSTA X members shared that he always makes time to exercise. Even after a three-hour performance or with just a little sleep, he would always try to get his workout done.

In 2019, the star shared his full-body stretching routine with Elle Korea, which he performs before and after his workout. He also revealed some simple exercises, which are ideal for those working out at home or in a limited space.

Moreover, Wonho revealed to Elle Korea that he uses a foam roller to release the muscles when they feel tight and sore.

When it comes to Wonho's workout routine, some of the exercises focus on his abdomen, particularly pull up ab workouts to achieve those toned abs he has right now.

One of the favorite exercises of the former MONSTA X member is chair curl-ups, which he recommends doing in three sets for 20 to 30 seconds each.

For his arms, push-ups, side curls, bicep curls, shoulder press, and ins and outs with some dumbbells are included in Wonho's workout routine.

In keeping his body fit, the former MONSTA X member loves to run on a treadmill and also do cycling for around one hour and 30 minutes every day, making him lose 5kg in 10 days.

Apart from his abs and arms, Wonho also performs exercises that will benefit his thighs. He shared his leg workout in a recently released video, where he showed that he makes use of the inner/outer thigh machine, glute drive machine, seated leg curl machine, and do hack squat, and more.

Wonho also shared that he consumes a lot of antioxidants, including tomatoes. He also eats vegetables including broccoli, cabbage, asparagus, and kale.

Additionally, he said that he drinks warm water after eating salty food as it will avoid water retention.
