Former SISTAR Hyolyn and Dasom Prove They're Still 'Summer Queens' as 'Summer or Summer' Climbs Up Korean Music Charts
Former SISTAR Hyolyn and Dasom's collaboration song "Summer or Summer" is rising on Korean music charts, solidifying their title as the "Summer Queens" of K-pop.
On Aug. 10, Hyolyn and Dasom made their long-awaited comeback with their new single "Summer or Summer." The song debuted on domestic charts shortly after release and continued to climb up the rankings on the following day.

Hyolyn and Dasom's "Summer or Summer" was officially released at 6 p.m. KST on Aug. 10, and at the same time, it debuted at No. 1 on Bugs' real-time chart.
"SISTAR" was also trending on MelOn's real-time search at the time of the track's release.

At 7 p.m. KST on the same day, "Summer of Summer" entered two daily Korean music charts. The single ranked sixth on Bugs and claimed the No. 23 spot on Genie.
At 10 p.m. KST, former SISTAR Hyolyn and Dasom's new single peaked at No. 13 on Genie and debuted at No. 99 on MelOn while still ranking inside the Top 5 on Bugs. It then jumped 33 spots to secure the No. 66 position on MelOn an hour later.
Hyolyn and Dasom's "Summer or Summer" continuously showed an upward trend, reaching a new peak on both Bugs and Genie - the song scored the Nos. 1 and 8 spots, respectively, at 8 a.m. KST on Aug. 11.
As of 9 a.m. KST, the single climbed to the No. 22 spot on MelOn's Top 100 chart. "SISTAR" also trended at No. 1 on MelOn's real-time search at the same time.

Apart from Korean music charts, former SISTAR Hyolyn and Dasom's "Summer or Summer" made it to iTunes charts.
"Summer or Summer" landed on the Worldwide iTunes Song Chart, taking the No. 74 spot in the Aug. 10 update.
On the iTunes Top 100 K-pop Songs chart, Hyolyn and Dasom's new single entered at No. 8.
