TXT 'The Chaos Chapter: FIGHT OR ESCAPE' is the Best-Selling Album in Japan for Two Days
TXT's repackaged album "The Chaos Chapter: FIGHT OR ESCAPE" remains the best-selling album in Japan for two consecutive days!
On Aug. 17, TXT made their second comeback this year with "The Chaos Chapter: FIGHT OR ESCAPE," the repackaged version of their second full-length album, "The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE," which was released this past May.
"The Chaos Chapter: FIGHT OR ESCAPE" was officially released in Japan on Aug. 18 and it quickly rose to the top of the Oricon Chart. The album stayed strong at No. 1 for two days already.
TXT "The Chaos Chapter: FIGHT OR ESCAPE" Tops Oricon Chart for Two Consecutive Days
Based on Oricon Chart's daily album rankings dated Aug. 19, TXT's repackaged album maintained its position at No. 1 after recording the most daily sales.
"The Chaos Chapter: FIGHT OR ESCAPE" sold a total of 17,332 copies on its second day of release in Japan. It was the only album to sell more than 10,000 copies on Aug. 19.

Previously, TXT's "The Chaos Chapter: FIGHT OR ESCAPE" took the No. 1 spot on the Oricon Daily Album Chart dated Aug. 18. It sold a total of 41,064 copies on that day.
This means TXT's repackaged album remains the No. 1 best-selling album in Japan for two days in a row, proving their immense popularity in the country.
So far, "The Chaos Chapter: FIGHT OR ESCAPE" has recorded 58396 copies in its two-day sales in Japan.

Apart from the album, the title track, "LO$ER=LOVER" is also receiving support from Japanese fans. The song entered the Line Music Chart, the largest music site in Japan, and continues to rank high.
TXT's "LO$ER=LOVER" debuted at No. 6 on Line Music's Daily Top Songs Chart on Aug. 17, and then it climbed to No. 3 on Aug. 18 and maintained its position until Aug. 19. It is the only K-pop song to make it to the Top 10 of Line Music Chart.

TXT "The Chaos Chapter: FIGHT OR ESCAPE" Nearly Reaches Half Million Sales on Its Fourth Day
TXT's repackaged album also continues to record more sales on the Hanteo Chart. Notably, it almost reached half a million sales on its fourth day.
As of Aug. 20, "The Chaos Chapter: FIGHT OR ESCAPE" has already surpassed 450,000 copies on the Hanteo Chart. It sold 6,833 more copies on that day. To date, a total of 451,138 copies of the album has been sold.

What's more impressive is that in just two days, TXT's "The Chaos Chapter: FIGHT OR ESCAPE" was able to surpass the first-week sales of their previous album "minisode1: Blue Hour," which recorded 303,190 copies.
TXT''s repackaged album has also achieved the group's highest first-day sales in their career. A total of 294,991 copies were tallied on the Hanteo Chart on Aug. 17.
Meanwhile, when it comes to the number of YouTube views of TXT's "LO$ER=LOVER" MV, it has already exceeded 10 million views in just two days after its release.
As of writing, the music video has 12.4 million YouTube views and 1.8 million likes. Watch the MV here!
