The Catch Me If You Can songstress reportedly has 1,500 calories per day.
On the show, nutrition experts were asked to rate Yuri's diet from 1 to 100. They gave Yuri's diet a 97 out of 100. Doctor and diet specialist Lee Kyunyoung asked if Yuri had a nutritionist help her plan out her diet, as they were surprised with how well balanced it was. As her diet consists of 1,500 calories, it is easy for both celebrities and non-celebrities to try. However, a problem that lies in Yuri's diet is the lack of calcium.
