ASTRO Cha Eun Woo Purchases 4.1 Million Apartment
In other news, it was reported by media outlet Biz Hankook that Cha Eun Woo had recently purchased an apartment back in July at the Ville Polaris Penthouse in Cheongdam-dong in the Gangnam district for 4.9 billion won (around $4.1 million USD) in cash and without a loan.
It is said that the Ville Polaris Penthouse only accommodates one apartment unit per floor, allowing maximum privacy for its residents. According to reports, Cha Eun Woo's apartment contains four bedrooms and three bathrooms, while overlooking the Han River.
Choi Chi Hoon, the chairman of Samsung C&T's Board of Directors, is said to be the person who sold the apartment to Cha Eun Woo, after initially purchasing the apartment for 3.8 billion won (around $3.1 million USD) back in 2012.
Actress Park Min Young is said to be living at the Ville Polaris Penthouse as well.
