CL, ASTRO Moonbin & More Revealed as the Role Models of Rookie Girl Group Billlie
Billlie members unveiled who their role models are in a recent interview with a Korean news outlet, and renowned artists such as CL, Red Velvet Seugli, ASTRO Moonbin and more were mentioned.

On Nov. 13, the Korean media outlet News1 released an article covering their interview with the new girl group, Billlie, from Mystic Story. The band is made up of six members namely Sua, Soohyun, Siyoon, Haram, Tsuki and Haruna.
During the interview, the girls were asked to share who their role models are. The first one to answer is Tsuki and she had two role models: BoA and Girls' Generation.

Billlie Tsuki said that she has been studying foreign languages since she was young and watching idols' activities abroad. She added, "I want to be like that and I want to be active all over the world, so I respect BoA and Girls' Generation seniors a lot."

Billlie Sua shared that she desires to look cool on stage. She explained, "My personality is a little bubbly and not cool, but on stage, I have a bit of charisma and have the desire to do well, so my role model is CL senior.

She continued that she wants to achieve that kind of aura on stage that no one else can imitate. The rookie idol further stated, "I think it would be a pity if I don't mention my brother Moonbin (from ASTRO)."

Moon Sua said that she sees ASTRO Moonbin as her role model and that she talks a lot with her brother who gives a lot of advice as a senior idol.

Meanwhile, Billlie Haruna revealed that Red Velvet Seulgi is her role model. She explained, "Seulgi senior has a very cool image on stage but she is usually famous for being kind."
Billlie Debuts as Mystic Story's First Girl Group with First Mini-Album
In other news, Mystic Story's first girl group has officially debuted on Nov. 10 when they released their first mini-album "The Billage of Perception: Chapter One."
"The Billage of Perception: Chapter One" consists of a total of six songs. The title track of this album is "RING X RING," which narrates the mysterious stories of a village and the dilemma of whether to stay still or work to fix the problems.
On the first day of sales, Billlie's first mini-album sold a total of 2,337 copies, the fifth-highest sales among the girl groups that debuted this year.

As of Nov. 12, Mystic Story's first girl group has sold more than 4,000 copies on the Hanteo Chart.
On Nov. 11, Billlie's "The Billage of Perception: Chapter One" debuted at No. 23 on the Worldwide iTunes Album Chart.
Meanwhile, the group name "Billlie" stands for the "B-side" of an individual's personality and contains the desire of the group to show their inner side to everyone.
The name consists of the English name "Billie" with an extra "L" to show how they hope to connect and empathize with people by presenting their inner self with a twist to make something special.
