The number of YouTube views of BTS Jimin's "Christmas Love" audio is constantly increasing these days as fans listen to the song once again now that Christmas Day is fast approaching.

"Christmas Love" was released as a Christmas surprise gift to fans on Dec. 24 of last year. It quickly garnered views as soon as the song's audio was uploaded to YouTube.

At 1 p.m. KST on Nov. 19, the official audio track of Jimin's "Christmas Love" surpassed 38 million YouTube views.

The BTS member's self-composed song started garnering more views on the platform in late August. At that time, the audio exceeded 35 million views on the 22nd of that month.

On Sept. 25, Jimin's "Christmas Love" audio eventually reached 36 million YouTube views, becoming the fastest Korean solo audio to achieve this milestone.

The track went on to become the fastest solo audio by a K-pop artist to reach 37 million views. It attained the feat on Oct. 25.

As BTS Jimin's "Christmas Love" consistently hit a new peak on YouTube views each month, specifically hitting one million more views since August, it only shows that the song is gaining popularity once again.

At the time of its release on Dec. 24 of last year, "Christmas Love" recorded more than 9.5 million views in the first 24 hours. This makes the song the most-viewed Korean audio, Korean solo audio and Korean male solo audio within 24 hours.

The track ultimately surpassed 10 million views in 27 hours and 45 minutes, the shortest time among the records set by Korean audios.

BTS Jimin's "Christmas Love" audio is not only re-receiving love on YouTube but also on SoundCloud. At 2:20 a.m. KST on Nov. 20, the streams have exceeded 42 million.

In addition to recording the shortest time to reach 10 million YouTube views among Korean audios, Jimin's "Christmas Love" achieved more feats in 2020.

Shortly after the release of BTS Jimin's self-composed song, it took first place on SoundCloud's New and Hot charts in numerous countries. The track even became the highest-ranking Korean song on the platform's Top 50 Most Played Songs in many countries.

On Christmas Day, "Christmas Love" exceeded two million plays and 210,000 likes on SoundCloud. It took the top spot on SoundCloud's New & Hot categories on the same day.

Moreover, the track placed No. 5 on the Top 50 chart which ranks the most-played songs on SoundCloud for the week.

On YouTube, BTS Jimin's "Christmas Love" ranked first on the list of videos trending worldwide in YouTube's music category on Dec. 25 and entered at No. 3 on the music videos trending worldwide.

Also, on Christmas Day, the song trended in a total of 71 countries in YouTube's music category including the United States, japan, the United Kingdom, South Korea and Canada.

Furthermore, Jimin's "Christmas Love" was chosen as the "Secret Santa" by Radio.com in the US as it gave strength to fans who were having difficulties during the COVID-19 pandemic.
