Rookie Girl Group IVE Sees Domestic and International Success with 'ELEVEN'

Back on December 1, Starship Entertainment's first girl group since Cosmic Girls (WJSN), IVE, made their highly-anticipated debut with their single album "ELEVEN."

IVE, whose name means "I HAVE," is already dominating the K-Pop industry by appearing on several broadcasts and events. In fact, they won their first music show award just seven days after making their debut, and setting the record as the fastest girl group to do so.

Not only is IVE receiving a lot of attention from domestic K-Pop fans before and after their debut, but they are also overtaking the international K-Pop community, who not only praised the girl group for their skills, but also for their stunning visuals and proportions.

Following the group's debut, IVE had been entering and maintaining their spots in several music charts, such as on iTunes, Spotify, and China's QQ Music. They are also showing an upward trend on real-time domestic charts such as MelOn, Genie Music, and Bugs.

IVE is continuing to show their global popularity on Billboard charts Global 200, Global Excl. U.S, and the Hot Trending Songs chart.

Over in Japan, IVE also charted in Line Music, Billboard Japan's Hot 100 and Artist 100 charts.

IVE's debut track "Eleven" also became the Top User Generated Song and has so far five music show wins.

With IVE's popularity and global success just 22 days after their debut, media outlets reported that those in the advertising and broadcasting industry have been making several love calls to the six-member girl group.

So far, members of IVE have already made guest appearances on MBC's "Radio Star" and "Omniscient Interfering Point," MBC Every1's "Weekly Idol," MBC Radio's "Noon Song of Hope," SBS' "Baek Jong Won's Alley Restaurant," and SBS Radio's "Cultwo Show."

With their guest appearance, IVE has also added to their charm by showing their freshness, wittiness, and chemistry with each member, and proved that they can not only captivate the K-Pop community, but the general public as well - making them in high demand within the advertising and broadcasting industry.

In particular, according to the data gathered for the second week of December by analysis agency, Good Data Corporation, who analyzes the most buzz-worthy and most talked-about groups, IVE ranked at No. 4 as the hottest topic among non-actors and actresses by appearing on "Weekly Idol."

In addition, Jang Wonyoung also ranked at No. 1 as the most talked-about idol in the same category for her appearance on "Radio Star."
