What is the 2022 Korea First Brand Awards and How are the Winners Selected?

Marking its 20th anniversary this year, the 2022 Korea First Brand Awards have chosen Korea's first brand through basic surveys, extensive national consumer surveys, and evaluation and deliberation to find a brand that is expected to lead 2022 based on the concept of a valuable record "Mark for Value."

In particular, the survey among consumers was conducted on the Korea Consumer Forum website for 12 days from November 1 to 12, targeting 2,655 brands in 15 industries.

The number of respondents was 2,947,860, which came from various industries, such as ICT, home appliances, health, education, finance, shopping, dining out, food, people, and culture.

To strengthen the global competitiveness of Korea's first brand, Chinese consumers also participated in the survey which ran from November 8 to 14.

As a result, 10,945,063 participations in China influenced the awardees.

On the other hand, Jeon Jae Ho, CEO of the Korea Consumer Forum, said, "The Korea First Brand Awards have left a valuable record of the award-winning brand for 20 years. The 20-year history was possible thanks to the efforts of first brands to satisfy consumers' expectations."
