Yugyeom's "I Want U Around" impressively took first place on the Worldwide iTunes Song Chart. The track also soared to NO. 1 on iTunes Song charts in 35 countries around the world including Thailand, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Poland, Kenya, Chile, and more.
What's more, "I Want U Around" ranked first on Genie upon its release and remained atop the chart until "chart freezing" (the time between 1 a.m. and 7 a.m. KST when real-time charts are not in operation). The song even became Kim Yugyeom's first entry to the Billboard World Digital Song Sales Chart after it entered at No. 2.

GOT7 Yugyeom's net worth in 2021 expanded after he officially dropped his solo album titled "Point of View: U" on June 17. A total of seven tracks including the pre-release single "I Want U Around" and the title track "All Your Fault" featuring GRAY. All songs included in the album are produced by Cha Cha Malone and GRAY and AOMG artists such as DeVita, Jay Park, GRAY, Loco and Punchnello are the featuring artists.
The day after its release, GOT7 member Yugyeom's "Point of View: U" placed first on both the Worldwide iTunes Album Chart and the European iTunes Album Chart. The album also charted No. 1 in 35 countries.
On the first day of release, Kim Yugyeom's solo debut album sold over 17,000 copies. It went on to record 21,011 total copies in the first week.
