On that day, the official Twitter and Instagram account for PRIKIL were launched, announcing the five names that emerged as winners against 15 contestants from the aforementioned reality program.

In particular, the group's teaser photos hinted at their group's name, which is " PRIKIL." It is an amalgamation of "Princesses" and "Kill," which means "Princesses who are here to 'kill' the stage."

In a clip uploaded on Jan. 23, the group's official colors and logo were also hinted at, showing silver crown and their name written in bold letters, which later on transformed into a shimmering pink.

Apparently, the post is a spoiler to fans who are yet to watch the finale of the show, as the final mission and last battle is set to be aired on Jan. 25.

As a response, fans and K-pop enthusiasts showed mixed reactions, saying, "Congratulations to the final winners?" "My bias didn't make it in the lineup," I'm sad that Rio is not on the list, but congratulations, girls" and more.
